Nulogy’s software platform is leveraged by FMCG brands and their external supply chain partners to optimise contract packing and contract manufacturing operations. Their customers include leading FMCG brands as well as co-packing service providers and major 3PLs.
With users growing across Europe across these sectors, the business was opening a European office in Bristol to support its new customers and further build its presence across the continent. We were tasked with helping them make a splash in the market off the back of this launch and develop an ongoing PR plan to increase their profile and media presence.
A project was planned, agreed and launched – but which just happened to coincide with the arrival of Covid-19.
Building awareness of Nulogy was key, and the launch of its European headquarters coincided with the business attending Packaging Innovations, the UK’s largest packaging exhibition.
This provided the perfect platform for our plan, acting as a focus for engaging with journalists and raise awareness of Nulogy as well as forming a basis for ongoing coverage.
And even though the pandemic meant a change in tactics available – particularly in relation to Nulogy’s planned European events – the strategy remained.

Nulogy’s launch gained significant coverage across trade sector press with multiple publications featuring Nulogy’s arrival in the UK.
Regular press coverage and articles in key press followed throughout 2020, with releases highlighting the latest customer stories, product developments and adaptation of the software to assist users in combatting the challenges of Covid-19.
Integrating with Nulogy’s social media team we have been able to amplify this coverage and reach potential new customers across Europe.
