Since being established in 2019, F-Tek has quickly made a name for itself as a provider for software solutions, working with a variety of companies across education, finance, medical, housing and more.
They approached Nielsen McAllister for support on their social media marketing with the objective of building their online presence to a point of being able to maintain it themselves.
After an initial briefing with the client, we spent time expanding our knowledge of their services, company ethos, and competitor activity to guide our strategies. This, alongside researching keywords, relevant hashtags, and best posting times, was plenty of information to get us started on content creation.
Focusing on key content pillars for F-tek, the team created monthly LinkedIn schedules with a mix of promotional graphics for their products and services, and ‘people’ content highlighting their team with posts focusing on training initiatives, company milestones and behind-the-scenes looks.
We posted consistently throughout the timeline of the project, ensuring we continued with diverse mix of content formats to appeal to their target audience. At the end of each month, we took time to analyse the data we collected and adjusted our strategy based on what was working – and what wasn’t.
In addition, we worked on multiple technical blogs with the F-Tek team, brainstorming, writing, and editing a variety of topics. These were published on their new website and promoted on LinkedIn as one of their content pillars.
Over six months:
This kickstart of their LinkedIn profile has provided a solid foundation for F-Tek to build on, as they take their social media marketing in-house with the advice and templates the Nielsen McAllister team provided.
This introduction to digital marketing also provided F-Tek with the knowledge they needed to revamp their existing website, making it more accessible for new visitors coming from LinkedIn.
“We knew we needed to build our presence on LinkedIn and the project with Nielsen McAllister not only bolstered our online presence but also equipped us with the tools and understanding to grow it independently.”
