Nielsen McAllister is celebrating its continued growth and expansion with the winning of two new accounts – the British Contract Manufacturers and Packers Association (BCMPA) and Rigid Containers – alongside the appointment of a new team member.

Based on Green Lane in Derby, NMPR has become one of the UK’s leading packaging & print PR and communications agencies and both organisations looked to the agency to help enhance their presence across traditional press and social media channels.

The BCMPA was formed in 2000 and now represents over 150 members throughout the UK and internationally, providing a valued resource for brand owners, retailers, manufacturers and e-commerce companies looking to outsource. The association recently rebranded to more accurately reflect the breadth of services offered by its membership.

Rigid Containers, part of the VPK Packaging Group, is a leading manufacturer of sustainable corrugated packaging. Operating from four state-of-the-art integrated manufacturing and logistics facilities in the UK and Ireland, it has a strong history of corrugated packaging manufacturing stretching back over a century.

“We are delighted to add both the BCMPA and Rigid Containers to our growing roster of clients,” comments Bob Bushby, Managing Director of NMPR. “Both are leaders in their fields and winning their business is a real achievement and testament both to our communications expertise and also our experience in their respective sectors.”

To support the growth in their client base, NMPR has also announced the appointment of Lydia Skerritt, who joins the team as an Account Executive. Lydia is a recent graduate from the University of Leeds, where she received a BA in Communications and Media, and joins NMPR to support their work across the range of PR and marketing services, with a focus on the latest digital and social media activities.

“We are very pleased to welcome Lydia as part of our growing team,” said Bob “These are exciting times for our business here in Derby and we are very much looking forward to continuing our focus on delivering the best PR and communications support to both our new and existing clients.”
