Nielsen McAllister has expanded and promoted its team as it gears up for another year of growth in 2024. The company has welcomed a new apprentice and celebrated several internal promotions to strengthen its services to its client base.

Rory Hay joins the agency as a Digital Marketing Apprentice, marking the beginning of an 18-month apprenticeship journey. In collaboration with Althaus – the Midlands based digital qualification provider – Rory will work with Nielsen McAllister to pursue a Digital Marketing Level 3 qualification.

Building on its successful partnership with Althaus, Nielsen McAllister’s first apprentice, who joined the business in 2021, has now been promoted to Senior Digital Marketing Executive. Molly Norman will help to mentor Rory and initiate and support the development of digital campaigns across the agency’s client base.

Jack Readman and Rhiannon Hopper have both been promoted to Account Managers while Hannah Woods has been made a Senior Account Executive. The promotions reflect the many achievements of all three in developing and implementing effective communication campaigns and building strong client and media relationships.

The changes at Nielsen McAllister come on the heels of a highly successful year marked by new business ventures and achievements across the company.

Recent account wins include a specialist in logistics and warehousing, a manufacturer of packaging automation equipment, and a major international trade event for the pharmaceutical sector.

Bob Bushby, Managing Director at Nielsen McAllister, said continued employee development was integral to the company’s growth strategy and its ability to meet the demand for its PR and communication services to support a wide range of clients:

“Investing in our people will ensure we continue to deliver the quality PR and communications content we are known for,” he commented. “I congratulate Hannah, Jack, Molly and Rhiannon on their well-deserved promotions and welcome Rory to our team. It’s clear that 2024 is going to be another exciting year for Nielsen McAllister.”
